Monday: complete phase 1 and 2 of program before football training starts


Tuesday: Football training and end of session team conditioning


Wednesday: complete phase 1 and phase 3


Thursday: Complete phase 2 before football training starts


Friday: Complete phase 1 and phase 4 for enhanced game day performance


ALTERNATIVE OPTION:

Monday phase 1 and 2

Tuesday morning phase 1 and phase 3

Wednesday phase 2

Thursday morning phase 1 and phase 3

Friday phase 2 and 4


*KEY NOTES:

Both alternatives will work equally well. The most efficient option for you is the one that will work best. A suitable option for you might be a block/ periodization of option 1 followed by a block/period of option 2
