Who am I?
Hi, I'm James (Jimmy) Deehan. I am the Strength and Conditioning coach for Canterbury United Dragons Football Team who play in the ISPS Handa Premier league (highest level of men's football in NZ) and Ferrymead Bays football club who play in the Mainland Premier League. I have played in the MPL in Christchurch myself for 10 seasons.
Sport has always been my passion and the main driver behind starting this business, along with getting great satisfaction out of seeing individuals and teams improving their performance and reaching their potential. This gives me a real buzz and energises me.
